At a time when the market is extremely challenging you need someone skilled, dedicated and able to negotiate difficult deals. I called Anthony last minute and asked him to be my realtor and show me a recently listed property. I had a different realtor and already lost 4 houses to other buyers. He showed the property to me within an hour and I was under contract in no time. He was even able to negotiate a brand new roof for me despite this hot, demanding and competitive seller's market !
