We found Anthony pierpont on zillow and started working with him and having him show is properties we were also very relieved that he speaks fluent Spanish .The market we were looking in in the South metro of the Twin Cities is very competitive especially at the price point where we were looking at for a town home. When our family first moved to the US, me and my husband needed to quickly find a good home. We met Anthony and he kept in constant contact with us. He made himself available to us day and night, seven days a week while we worked with him, and he promptly responded to all of our messages. Even when he was on vacation, he kept in touch, and two hours after his flight back to Minneapolis landed, he was at our door, ready to show us more properties. I didn’t have a car when I first moved here, so Anthony drove me to most of the homes we looked at before finding the one that was right for us. He gave us his honest opinion on each of the homes we looked at, and patiently listened to our concerns. When we lost our bid on the first home we chose, it was very stressful for us. Anthony’s counsel was very comforting during that time, and when we found the next home we wanted, the one we live in now, he completed the paperwork required to acquire the home within a day.  He’s also been good about keeping in touch with us after the sale, and was able to offer us numerous recommendations on local home repair and improvement professionals whose services we've been extremely happy with. Me and my wife met Anonthy through a trusted mutual friend who had used Anonthy to find their home. From the very first time talking to Anonthy he was very up front with how he worked when helping people find a home, and wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and where we were looking. We looked at 62 houses in three weeks, and on two separate occasions (both Saturdays) we had Anonthy show us 18-20 homes in one day. We went from Eagan all the way up to Blaine, maple grove and then worked our way down to Burnsville. They were long days but Anonthy never complained and said he'd do that as many times as it took until we found our home. When we found the home we wanted Anonthy was extremely quick to get the paper work started and submitted with our offer. We did end up in a situation with multiple offers (which isnt uncommon in today's market) and his expertiece was invaluable when dealing with that type of situation which ultimately lead to me and my wife getting our dream home. We met Anthony through a banker that did our loan and enjoyed every moment of our time working with Anthony. Anthony always made time for us whenever homes came on the market that interested us. Anthony took the time to point out characteristics of the home that were positive and negative we found Anthony to be extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics and structure of each home. We also enjoy the fact that Anthony speak Spanish and it was a big plus for my girlfriend who prefers Spanish. Anthony did a great job behind the scene working with the inspectors title company and loan officers making it a stress-free and pleasant experience.
