We are former residents of Lorain who have decided to move back to our roots. Once at the house, our family would use their phone to give us a virtual tour while Anthony answered any questions we might have had. It was a rare occurrence that Anthony didn't know something about our inquiries. If he didn't have an answer, he would return with an answer either by email or phone within the next few hours but never later than 24 hours. We were impressed by this young man's knowledge of the homes he would show us. He did his homework. We never felt as though he was pushing us to buy something we had an issue with. In fact, the number of disclosures he emailed to us for our consideration was copious! Never did we ever feel as though we were asking too much from Anthony.
