Incredibly pleased on having Anthony as our realtor. We moved from North Carolina to Florida and of course we couldn’t come down here each weekend to look at houses. Anthony was not just our agent but our neighbor as well. We had been advised against using Anthony because finding a buyer could be a conflict of interest for him as it is not just another buyer but would also be his new neighbor. This was never a concern for me or an issue for Anthony. He is a true professional who does his job with pride. Anthony takes fantastic care of his clients and is very helpful. Because ours was a relocation, we vacated the house and the state prior to sale. Leaving our house unattended, Anthony kept a close eye on it. When contractors needed to come in for repairs, Anthony was there. He also arranged for lawn maintenance and other upkeep in our absence and he did it all willingly and without reservation. Anthony made our relocation easier and we appreciate him very much... as a friend and as our realtor!
