We worked with Anthony Giglio to sell our home in Carver, MN. He was a fantastic agent who helped us sell during the beginning stages of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. We signed with him in April and immediately he got things moving. We had photos and a 3D tour taken within 2 days and once the listing was up it was flawless. Anthony got our house in front of as many eyes as possible by listing it in the Star Tribune, the MN Real Estate Show and every site out there! Anthony also had to do a bit more leg work on this listing as we had moved out of state and the home was vacant. He kept a eye on the property and ensured that it was always ready to be toured. Once we got an offer Anthony kept us in the loop about the progress towards closing and even though there was a delay in the closing, due to the buyer, Anthony was on top of getting the situation resolved.
