I contacted him through instagram, within 24 hours I was approved for my loan, the next 24 hours I found my home, and my offer was accepted 24hours after that. 3 days of contact & I closed on my home in less than 30 days… He assisted with down payment assistance programs & most of my closing cost were paid!
