Tony Del Valle really did and outstanding job for us. He sold our house and found us a house in less than three months. It was a tough job, because I not only wanted to sell my house, he was supposed to find me a house in such a short time. He showed us at least 50 houses before we found the right one in such a short time Tony kept me informed about everything and answered all my questions when I needed them to be answered. I would say that Tony went out of his way to accommodate us, get answers to our questions and full-fill our requests throughout this process. Tony was professional, organized, and provided up to date information on all of the properties we viewed during our search. On closing day, Tony offered to do a walk-through and be present for the closing, as we were not able to be there on that day. Tony will definitely be our agent on the next property we purchase. 5 stars!
We met Anthony when we were interested in moving but then, we found out about an opportunity to purchase a condo right above the one in which we are living. I called Anthony to inquire if this condo was, indeed, for sale. He got back to us quickly and told us that it was so, we decided to purchase it. Anthony was present for the inspection and guided us through every aspect of purchasing this condo. His personality made it very easy to work with and he truly makes you the focus of the procedure. Tony was just the best Realtor for me---or anyone else---to use to purchase a home. This is the first time for me to purchase a home by myself. Also it is the first time using technology, not so much a paper and pen, for signing the necessary paperwork. Tony knew just what price range I was comfortable in and the location I was interested in looking. After looking at the best properties, I made my decision and Tony "held my hand" to walk me through understanding all the "Paperwork" on line.
