The information that Mr Colon provided me when I was considering selling my house was invaluable to me. He did his homework and with the information he gave me, my wife and I were able to make the decision to list our house with Mr Colon. He provided us with a strategy to make sure we would be successful in getting a lot of buyers to see our house by having multiple open houses. He also recommend that we list our house a little low because we had a better chance in getting multiple offers above asking price. And sure enough we had over 12 offers and over half of them were way over asking price. Once we selected a buyer Mr Colon worked with the buyer to make we would close Escrow on time. Also, at one point the buyer was trying to drop the sale price by $5000 but Mr Colon advised me to stick with the original sale price and he would provide information to the buyer to support the price we sold the house at. Last but not least the buyer requested certain repairs be done . Mr Colon took the initiative and secured reliable craftsman to make the repairs were done to the satisfaction of the buyer. I recommended a family member to list their house with Mr Colon and he was successful in the sale of their house.
