My wife and I contacted Anthony at 3:30pm on Sunday inquiring about a home of interest. He listened to our request and called us back in 20 minutes on-site and gave us an incredibly detailed walkthrough, identifying issues, and pointing them out to us. In less than 30 minutes, he provided answers to all our questions. Over the next 2 days, we corresponded with Anthony multiple times. We asked if we could get dimensions and 30 minutes later a copy of the blueprint was emailed. Not to mention the little things that Anthony provided without being asked for them, such as personally driving his golf cart through the neighborhood so we could virtually not just the home but the neighborhood as well. How big is the opening for a refrigerator? He went there to measure it for us. What are the local utility companies? A detailed list was provided complete with phone numbers. What color are the walls? A sample paint card was sent. What are the floors? He sent us a picture of the box the flooring came in along with the part numbers. He took it upon himself to enter the house after the sale to ensure that the gas and water were indeed on and set the thermostat for us. He even came to visit when we were able to see our home for the first time. We purchased our home sight unseen and owned it for 3 months before seeing it. He offered to unlock the doors for furniture to be delivered. What kind of a realtor does that? I can tell you from personal experience that Anthony Caywood is an example for all other realtors to follow! He has gone above and beyond time and time again for us. He made our home purchase virtually stress-free from 1,000 miles away! I do not know how to sing Anthony’s praises any higher! We are from NY and we were looking to purchase a home in Hoory county, and had been working with a different agent. On a three day trip down to look at homes, the previous agent was unable to get us into the houses we really wanted to see. Unhappy with our realtor and worried we made a trip for nothing, we contacted Anthony at 7pm on a Sunday. Anthony answered his phone and looked up the homes we wanted to see and made phone calls to get us into the homes the next day. Because of previous commitments Anthony was unable to take us, so he got us in touch with the selling agent. The next day we found our dream home. Again we called Anthony to get his opinion and he gave us some wonderful advice. During the mortgage process, we ran into issues with our mortgage company. Again we called Anthony and he immediately got us in touch with a local mortgage agent, who was able to get us to close in 2 weeks. We are now sitting in our dream home, and we would not be here if it were not for Anthony and the Coastal Group. We will forever be greatful!

Anthony Caywood is an exceptional realtor. While we currently live in Atlanta, we had been using the Zillow website (looking for ocean front condos) in the Myrtle Beach area independent of any realtor. When it was time to get a professional involved, Anthony was the perfect choice. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and his professional demeanor convinced us that he should lead our search. Anthony initially customized a MLS search engine for us to view new properties as they came on the market. Anthony was super every step of the way. From answering the 1st email, all the way to closing he was very helpful through the process. Even with a difficult seller and an inspection that exposed some unforeseen issues, Anthony was looking out for us.

I am finding it difficult to write an original review for Anthony, and that's a good thing! Therefore, I must echo previous reviewers somewhat. So before I tell our "story", I want to say that Anthony is sincere, always available...answered texts and e-mails immediately, personable, and caring. You could not ask for a better or more involved agent...one who has your best interests at heart, and is willing spend as much time as you need ( and more!) My husband and I came to this area for a preliminary search....we knew nothing about Georgetown County; we needed to " explore" , and see some available homes. We knew we wanted to move from Ohio, and expected the process to last several months or more. When we first met Anthony, he was so kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable about the area...he sold us, and we decided to go back home and put our house up for sale. We assumed, as I am sure Anthony did, that it would take several months, but we never doubted that he would stick with us and keep in touch. Well, it sold very quickly, and we were able to correspond with Anthony...almost on a daily basis, so that when we came back, everything was set up. When we chose our house, and had to go back home, Anthony made the whole process stress-free, and set everything up. We came back here, closed, and happily moved in...thanks to Anthony's vigilance and knowledge. Well...I could go on and on, and I just asked my husband if he wanted to add anything to this review, and he said, "Anthony is just a really good guy" That's all you have to know! Amen!
Anthony was very professional and wonderful to work with. He was very responsive - always answered texts and calls promptly. He was extremely helpful with assisting through the entire process, which was much appreciated since I was from out of state.
My family and I are looking at relocating our business to Myrtle Beach area which none of us have ever been to. After some online research we chose Anthony Caywood as our agent. From the very beginning he was exceptional answering non stop questions and setting us up with an amazing online program to narrow down our search. After some time we drove 20 hours and met with Anthony. He picked us up right at our hotel, drove us around showing us the area and available places. We found a house (still looking at commercial places), he handled all of the initial paperwork, setting us up with a lender and lawyer, handled all of the schedules for meeting inspectors there and final walk throughs, and anything else needed right to the end. From not knowing anyone or anything to owning a house and possible business there soon Anthony was the RIGHT person for the job!
