Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided expert service. It was always easy to get in touch with him if we happened to see something online or a new listing that looked interesting. He was very good about responding in a timely manner and communicating with him either via phone, e-mail or in person was easy. Some of a few things that he did well with were that he was receptive to feedback, he was flexible in his schedule, he was knowledgeable about things to look for or consider when walking properties, he was cheerful and genuine in character, he generated potential scenarios based on price so that we could see what was affordable, he answered questions to the best of his ability and had contacts for services such as inspections/appraisals/etc., he was thorough in his paperwork and explained everything, and lastly, he communicated with the seller’s agent, the lender and a number of other different parties throughout the process to facilitate the deal. Anthony truly was fantastic. I can’t imagine how things would have been had we not used Anthony as our agent. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house or property in the Berks County area.
