Anthony has been nothing but amazing and patient through this whole process. I feel like I was being so picky yet he was hearing all of my needs and making sure I was getting what I was looking for, but also being honest about some of the parts of houses that I was either missing or overlooking, even if it mostly hit my requirements. He was honest and his other members, Drue and Amy, were excellent throughout the whole process. My 14 year old son and I both had a great experience and would recommend Anthony and his team every time. If I ever sell my new home, I will be using Anthony and team for sure!

Picture this scenario: I live in Florida. My cousin lived in Elkton, OR, a tiny town (population - 198) half way between I-5 & Reedsport, OR. He lived 5 miles outside of town! He lived alone on 5.5 acres & was a 73 year old recluse. He finally passed away at home last summer with no will. The state of Oregon finally tracked me down last November & gave me a list of 3 attorneys that handle probate cases like this. I chose one who proceeded to get me appointed as Personal Representative for the estate. I then had to fly from Florida to Oregon the first week of April to begin the process of settling the estate. After meeting with the attorney, I started driving down to Elkton. While on the way, I received a phone call from Anthony Beckham. He had somehow found my contact information through public records. I didn't know anyone in Oregon, let alone Elkton, other than my cousin. Anthony agreed to meet me at the property 3 days later to see what the situation was. He was there on time, he made suggestions as to how to proceed, & promised to get back with me within a couple days with a comparative market analysis. This was Saturday. He was back to me on Monday with the CMA. I needed help with the property & he provided me with the name of a reputable contractor who works with him on a regular basis. This was invaluable, as the Elkton area had been hit by a 17" snow fall the end of February, & all the contractors were booked. Anthony remained in touch with me on a regular basis, & by the end of April I had the property in sale able condition. I listed the property with Anthony, & had 3 offers on it by the end of the first week! He was able to consummate the sale for over the asking price!! Anthony is a first rate professional, & I'm sure will be able to help you as efficiently as he did me!

Even though I lived in California moving to Roseburg,I could not have had a better experience! Anthony was with me every step of the way....there were so many things that I didn't quite understand coming from a different state and not being here through the process.
