We met Anthony about a year ago, at an open house that our daughters had dubbed the “red carpet house.” Our girls were infatuated with the nice man with pretty eyes. We kept in touch and around Thanksgiving last year, we decided to interview agents. Anthony came, didn’t mind our “lived in mess” of a house, and gave us a good idea as to what to do and not do to have our house market ready. He surprised our girls with “decorate your own cookies” at Christmas time. Come the end of May we told him we were just about ready. As we approached list day, he wowed us with a nice gift. Anthony pulled out all of the stops and really helped us make informed decisions. We weren’t exactly the easiest couple to work with, I’m sure but selling and then subsequently buying our future home was very stressful for us. He kept us calm and made us laugh throughout the process. We just closed on our forever home on 9/10. I’m still finding confetti all over my house. I owe him a home cooked meal and sourdough.
