The market knowledge and professionalism was excellent. Communication could be improved.

There were times when we were expecting information and it took a while to get. An example of this was there was negotiation going on in the afternoon, and we had to call in the evening to find out the result was. The final walk-thru was changed from Sunday to Monday. W could have used the extra day to load our stuff, but we found out when it was to late.
