Honestly was skeptical at first but Anthony is quite good. He was incredibly committed, attended every open house, managed everything from staging to the final details, and even personally helped me move items in the house. He 100% handled the entire process from start to finish. Don’t let his youth fool you. We had a unique situation where the buyer was representing themselves which he navigated incredibly smoothly and professionally. Throughout the process he stayed focused, upfront, and determined to get the deal done. Honestly, he has a way of willing things into existence. He ended up getting me a sale price I basically forced on him. If something needs to happen, he’ll get it done.I’ll also say I wasn’t the easiest client to deal with, but he remained calm, patient, and professional throughout the various stages of the process. He works well with others and actually gets results. Highly recommend.
Anthony is one of the hardest working people I know. He was very patient with us , informative and someone who really knows his stuff including the current events about housing market. He would call us and give us updates regularly especially when the housing market was slowing down. He was very creative and never stop providing us ideas on how to get the house sold ! He guided us through the whole process, logistics, technical , professional and even personal aspects sometimes! Anthony went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Several years ago, he had sold a house in our area and reached out to let us know the comps for the neighborhood. We weren’t ready to sell but we kept his contact information for the future. Once we were ready to move out of California and sell our house, we contacted him.We went to market pretty soon after that, had many showings, had an offer (it fell through) and many more showings until a buyer was interested. Negotiations went well, we received a great offer. Everything in the middle was foreign to us but Anthony was always a quick phone call away. He even did a conference call with us and my daughter (living in another state) because we had questions on timelines etc. We are now on our way to Arizona to retire.
