Ever since first getting in contact with Anthony, we felt very comfortable and we knew that we were in great hands! His extensive knowledge about the housing market and how the different types of loans work was both impressive and enlightening for us as first time home buyers. Anthony made the whole home buying process very clear, and he answered our many questions regarding the different types of loans, homes, and which would best suit our needs. We were also given information regarding the different cities we considered and their strengths / weaknesses based on our wants and needs for our home. When going to open houses with Anthony, we were given information about the different homes, comps, and how they fulfilled our criteria. The process of originating our loan was clear and concise, allowing us to have a smooth escrow and the ability to close on our new home within a couple of weeks of having our offer accepted. When negotiating the offer, Anthony really demonstrated his experience by being able to get us chosen although we were not the highest bid. He was also able to negotiate our closing costs down substantially. Overall, Anthony provided us with a great home buying experience that our growing family is eternally grateful for!

Anthony has been my agent for a few years now and I will keep going to him in the future. I wanted to sell my condo several years ago to buy a house but was not yet in the financial place to do that. Anthony made selling a home easy! We needed to sell my elderly mother’s house to help pay for her assisted living care. He understood our needs and was very helpful and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable on the current housing market, explained everything very well, and helped prep the house to make it more marketable and get top dollar for it. Anthony coordinated the preparation and sale of the house with professionalism and attention to detail. He provided excellent advice on what needed to be done (my wife and I participated in the prep). He listened to what we wanted to do, and tailored his work accordingly. He spent days working at the house getting it ready, and when everything was done the place looked magnificent. The photo shoot and video walk-through that he ordered were top notch! We received several offers within days of the listing, and Anthony helped us understand the details of each one so that we could choose wisely.
