Antawn helped the reviewer sell this property

YOU WILL NEVER FIND A MORE HONEST OR HARD WORKING AGENT!

I had know Antawn socially, and new that he was a real estate agent. As I was ready to sell my property, I interviewed a number of agents to see what value each could bring to the transaction, and get me the highest price for my property in the shortest time. Antawn stood out from the others, as he was clearly the most prepared with recent market data, so to best price my property. He did not pump me up with any lofty expectation. He came to our meeting prepared with current market data. In addition he provided inexpensive recommendations of improvements that I could do to my property to obtain the highest price. I never felt any pressure from him. He was never "selling". He was just telling. He presented me with market data, and advised me what his involvement would be. From our first telephone conversation, I felt a certain confidence about him, while making me as a potential client very comfortable. Selecting Antawn as my agent was very easy. He not only knows the market, he also had a number of potential buyers from a pool of people that he had in his network who were looking for properties like mine. After I had made the simple changes to my property, I had a buyer in there within a week, and an offer the day after the buyer viewed my property. With the assistance of Antawn, I set the price of the property at a level that would sell, not sit. This strategy worked, and we closed withing 30 days. If there is a perfect examle of a true full service real estate agent, Antawn Chlles is that. He was with me at every step of the transaction including directing me to his title company who were friendly, professional and efficient. I have done many real estate transactions in my life. I have never had one go this smoothly. I have nothing but the highest regard and recommendation for Mr. Antawn Chile. His most important quality is that he cares, and is shows.
