We were looking for a local agent who knew the area and school district. We gave Ansley a shot because she had very positive reviews and recommendations. They are pretty spot on. She is very knowledgeable as far as the market and the use of technology/market trends these days. She manages showings through a show app and pictures/videos are amazing. From listing to closing she was very responsive working with us and other Agents. When we had an offer, she kept the contract rolling through it's different phases pretty seamlessly as there were amendments added here and there.
