I am not sure where to even start. My husband and I decided to move from Nashville, TN to Chattanooga. I was so afraid of the market and not being able to find a house that we originally decided to rent. After meeting with Anny, her walking me through the process and confidently reassuring me that it was the best next step ( since we were homeowners in our last town) , we decided to move forward with the process of buying a 2nd home. Due to certain circumstances occurring in our lives, we were wanting to be in a new home by the end of June. Anny immediately hit the pavement, searching high and low during all times of the day ( sometimes night). She Knew what was important to us in our home, which was important because she was previewing everything for us. Because my husband currently lives in Dominican Republic and doesn’t speak English, Anny was able to utilize her Spanish speaking skills to educate and inform him on this process, calling him through video chat to make a him part process. She guided us through any uncertainty, and most importantly , LISTENED to us. It wasn’t about the money for her and that was clear in her actions through the entire experience. She cared that we were happy and our needs were met. She was straightforward, which was important because we had no time to waste. She made herself available at all times, even taking calls while being at dinner with her family although I insisted she call me back. As I said, this was our 2nd home purchase and it was LITERALLY a seamless process. At the end of it all , our mortgage was going to be exactly what we were going to be paying for a 2 bedroom apartment in Ooltewah for a 12-month lease. At the beginning, that was one of Anny’s talking points and she was 100% right !! Thank you, Anny Jones !!

What a gem we found in Anny Jones. As out of state buyers, the unknown can be daunting, but Anny has walked us through every step of the process. Anny is extremely knowledgeable about the market, she hand picks properties that fit all of our criteria and on top of that always lands us a great deal. With the time difference between us we feel bad at the times we call or text Anny, but she ALWAYS responses and we have never felt like an imposition. After we purchase the property she finds us a quality tenant making sure that we have the perfect fit for our property. Anny makes you feel like family, the lawn on one of our properties was getting quite tall so Anny's husband went over and mowed it for us...we were so touched...Anny treats our properties as her own. Anny has your back, she isn't looking to make a quick buck, she wants to keep you as a client for life.
