House hunting started in Manor and Elgin but I decided to wait. Several months past and Ann Marie asked if I was ready to look again, off we went to San Antonio then to Luling but I said interesting. Annmarie provided a staging coach to help us declutter and stage our home prior to showings and open house which really highlighted the space. She had a professional photographer come in and take some beautiful photos of our home to showcase the space and spent multiple weekends during open houses speaking with potential buyers. She provided bids and details timely for us to consider. She was available on call when needed for questions and discussions. She was able to answer clarifying questions about contracts and services rendered. Knowledgeable about selling techniques. Got the house sold and got us into our new home which was the end goal!!!!!!!

Annmarie was our realtor for purchasing our Bastrop house in September 2021, then selling the house when our circumstances changed in Summer 2023. In both cases Annmarie was a joy to work with. We viewed a number of houses whilst looking to purchase, in that period she was very patient and accommodating, particularly given our unfamiliarity with the greater Austin area. When it came to sell, in a very different market of 2023, she was very proactive, we had many viewings and multiple offers in the first week. We did set a low price point but with the offers we sold at around the price point she originally predicted. Our first buyers did back out, but by the end of that day we had another offer in place.
