I came to Oregon after my parents passed away, to handle their affairs, and reached out to Annita to help sell their home. She was very compassionate and worked hard to get things moving before I had to go back to Tennessee. I was worried about being so far away, but she kept in constant contact and I was always well informed of what was going on. Once we had an offer, there was a lot of contractor bids that we needed and Annita handled it all and got things done quickly! Tried using Illinois Valley but they were always to busy for me. Treated me like a small fish. Then a friend told me about Anita and everything changed. She worked very hard while finding the right place for me and the sale went through flawlessly. She rally helped a lot and her knowledge is off the charts!
