These skills helped us maximize our effectiveness in the market. She was easy to reach when needed and prepared docs, and moved things along in a manner that was timely, efficient for us and accurate. Annie did her own photography of our property and we found that the photo spread was excellent and definitely of professional quality. Annie Wood exceeded our expectations and we will definitely summon her services for any future real estate sales or purchases in Polk County Florida.
