Im not one to write poor reviews but from start to finish there was significant miscommuncation or sometimes no communication for days. Having to repeat and repeat things I have already told her. Not getting any answers promptly. Advising me on things that were incorrect. Not answering messages promptly or with correct information. I would not recommend going with her again. I was more stressed out with handling inspection issues that were miscommunicated than I was enjoying getting this new home. I am still dealing with lack of communication with my water softener in the previous home. Left all her open house documents and the for sale sign until after closing and some are still in the old home. Very disappointed and frustrated with all that happened in purchasing and closing on the houses.

She was also very good at making sure I could put in a quality offer very shortly after seeing a place I liked no matter what time it was. She came to the table with some good ideas on how to make my offer more competitive that I would have never thought of. This definitely helped me close on a great house in a competitive market without having to sacrifice things that were important to me. I was prepared for this journey to take a lot longer than it did as we had an offer accepted on only our second attempt; something that was only possible due to Annie's timeliness and good ideas!
