Annie Simard was my realtor on a small parcel of land. It wasn’t a big number but she gave it, and me, the attention I would expect from a much larger sale. She was excellent. She always returned my calls and kept me abreast of the situation resulting in a sale price that exceeded my expectations. I saw the word “honorable “ used by others to describe her. She definitely is. I would add professional, ethical, passionate, and compassionate for her clients, and people in general. That plus a “get’er done” work ethic that produces results. All in all, she is a good person who I believe you will find easy, enjoyable, and profitable to work with.
