Annie Ochoa was fantastic representing us with the sale of our home. This was our first home sale, and on our first meeting she came prepared. Annie was knowledgeable and she provided us with full information on the sale process, and helped us determine an appropriate price and sales strategy complete with comp prices of nearby homes. Annie was able to get our home on the market quickly. She kept us informed of the process each step of the way, and answered all of our questions. She was successful in getting our home sold by our preferred timeframe. The sale process was pleasant and we are very happy with the job Annie did getting our home sold. We would be happy to use her services again should we need to sell or buy a home again!
