The best way to describe Marie-Anne is AWESOME! Marie-Anne helped me purchase a multi-unit income property (although I know she handles all types of properties with ease). Based entirely on her strategy, we were able to get a highly demanded property off the market almost immediately after it was listed - this allowed us to prevent a price war which would have undoubtedly raised the purchase price beyond my reach. This was the first instance where Marie-Anne saved me money, but it was not the last. When it came to negotiating what credits to ask from the buyer, Marie-Anne was brilliant. She negotiated a deal where we would get a credit for some infrastructure, but also got the buyer to take care of some electrical and plumbing issues before we closed on the property. Marie-Anne is dedicated to her clients and she knows her stuff better than I could ever conceive.
