We recently sold our cottage on Vineyard Lake and could not have been more pleased with our experience with Annie! She was an absolute professional from start to finish. She was completely responsive to any questions we had as first time home sellers and walked us through each step of the process. The quality of the pictures and marketing materials she provided were top notch and I believe had everything to do with us selling our cottage within SIX days of listing it with her. We sold our cottage over a holiday weekend and had a tremendous amount of traffic in just a matter of 2-3 days. Even though it was a holiday weekend and Annie could have been enjoying her own time at the lake, she was 100% engaged and responsive to all of our interested buyers. We absolutely have no regrets with choosing Annie and will recommend her to anyone we know selling in the Irish Hills area.
