I was impressed with the way she took the time to get to know me as a person so she could understand my needs and what I was looking. She deftly used this information to narrow down our search and help me focus on properties that would suit my needs and wants. She educated me on the market and guided my decision-making with her expertise including recommending programs I had never heard of, helping me access other agencies I would need along the way (insurance, appraisal, etc.), and helping me make a competitive offer. Our journey was not an easy one (especially in this aggressive market) and there was a pivotal time in the process where I was ready to give up... she never did. It is honestly due to her determination to see me in the place I loved and her negotiation skills that I was able to purchase my first home.
