Excelent adviser, very reasonable and market savy

Annie brought a very personable, positive, and cheerful attitude letting us know in the first 5 minutes that she was the listing agent we wanted to work with. Her can do perspective, obvious knowledge, contacts for local handyman, yardwork and minor plumbing needs were very valuable. This ability to coordinate all of these details, got us an offer within 48 hours of listing. This offer lead to a closing in just over 5 weeks! All in all done in 6 weeks. I found Annie Black to be reputable, competent, full of integrity and always made me feel as though whatever we were addressing or talking about was the most important thing we could be doing at any particular moment.
