Very helpful during the sale of my house.

I asked Annie Augustine to represent us in the sale of our house as she lives in the area and is knowledgeable of the area, and trends in houses that have sold in the area. She made sure to explain the steps and processes of the sale, and was available to answer questions as they came up. She was very supportive during the entire process including the prep of the house so we could ask for, and get a decent price. Her fee was fair, and if I was staying in the area, I would have no problem working with her again.
