We worked with Annette to both sell our previous home and purchase a new build. Annette worked the buyers to get us top dollar for our home and she negotiated to get us a discounted rate on the new build. While our builder was very difficult to work with, Annette was on our side the whole time. She almost always answers her phone, she does the research to give you informed answers and she knows the market to always be up to date. We ended up selling our house above asking price and buying the new home which was appraised with the purchase price $30k under current market value. Annette is the realtor for you!

Once you get past the fact she's much prettier in person than her picture suggests, and is extraordinarily intelligent, you'll find someone I'd describe as the epitome of professionalism. As someone with 40 years in direct sales, I'm rather cynical and very sensitive to signs of questionable sincerity. At no time did I sense her mission was anything other than building a relationship through which to find us the perfect new home, jealously defending our best interest along the way. Not only could I not recommend her more highly, as soon as we get settled in we plan on relocating my mother nearby, and plan on Annette handling those transactions as well.
