I just want to say that Annette has been so patient and caring with regards to finding my mom a house. We have a difficult situation but Annette understood that. She has been my sounding board. She cares about her clients.

Even to this day, after the sale I have not received the title or information about the closing for a commercial transaction. No thank you, no appreciation at all whatsoever. We were a complete burden. Cash buyers, no inspection needed and somehow this happened. I can't make this up. I called several times before the initial transaction and during and it was a silent line. It is so weird, even at the title agency we are a burden. I'm not asking for anything but normalcy. I have no words really what to say besides out of 79 real estate transactions, this was by far the worst. I run a multi-million dollar business in real estate, my wife is in real estate, and also have personal situations come up as well...however I always return phone calls regardless of the situation. She was attentive in the end when I stated that I would pursue other agents ( dual agent collecting both sides). Hopefully it's a fluke and she will overcome it, but as of June 2023, it was an extremely odd transaction I wouldn't wish on anyone.
