A great job, sold our house faster than expected.

I wanted to sell my house, but after a bad experience attempting to before, we decided to wait 5 years. Annette called me on a Friday night and asked if I would consider listing with her, and I told her, “not until we meet in person to talk about it!” My husband and I met with her and in an hour, she had us excited and ready to try again. My house was in contract within 3 days of the sign going up in our yard. She never had any doubt, despite my anxiety. She didn’t ask us to make unnecessary repairs, and she didn’t make any promises she couldn’t keep. We found our dream home, and she was with us every step of the way. I felt like a rockstar throughout the entire process. She made me feel like I was her only client and nothing else mattered. She told us to just relax and enjoy the process of finding our new home while she did all the hard stuff. Annette renewed my faith in hopes of finding “our forever home”! Annette is there for her clients every step of the way. From making us feel comfortable, to answering a million questions, and making this sale about our needs and wants. She is a no nonsense, honest person. She didn’t pressure us into silly repairs or cosmetic repairs to try and market our house. She gave us homework that was easy to complete and was just as excited as we were when the sale was final. Annette helped us find our next home as well, and she never had any doubt it would be ours! She is amazing. If there ever came a day we were ready to sell again, I wouldn’t even hesitate to call her.
