My husband and I worked with Annette over the past four months to purchase our first home in DC and I can't imagine what we would have done without her experience, support and guidance throughout the process. My brother, who is a real estate broker in Kentucky, referred us to her after speaking with colleagues who know the DC market. We came into the process with very little knowledge and Annette was patient, consistent and encouraging in answering my MANY questions - providing the facts and also providing her recommendations based on her years and years of experience, in a way that made me feel informed but never pressured. In a process that can be very stressful, and where emotions can run high (finding a home is important after all!), Annette won our trust and respect AND helped us find and buy our dream home.
