She answered urgent questions with ease, quickness, and compassion. She was able to negotiate well, and I surprisingly ended up with a lower price on the house. The house hunt at the beginning was challenging, but she acted quick to be able to grab a house for us to recover from unexpected setbacks with some houses during the search process.
