i sold our condo remotely but i had no trouble with it. she took care of everything like her own condo. she updated our condo beautifully and sold in 3 weeks. she has great connections with contractors with reasonable price. she has great taste of interior designs, too. i am really happy with her choices like appliances, counter top/ cabinet and etc.. whenever i had endless questions, she replied so quickly and nicely. she is absolutely amazing! thank you for your hard work! i definitely recommend her.

I cannot stress how pleased I am with Annette. My wife and I had a remote investment property in NJ and Annette shepherded the end to end process to completion.
