We hired Annette Greco in March to sell our home so we could move overseas at the end of May. Then COVID-19 hit, all international flights were canceled indefinitely and our plans came to a crashing halt. I have been involved in R.E. in one way or another i.e., realtor, investor, buyer, etc. home for over 30 years. Annette and John were the absolute TOP of the list in all categories. I have never known any realtor to work as hard as these two did in the selling of my house. My only regret is that I am relocating outside their areas in my search for a new home. I pray that the realtor here is as professional and responsive as Annette and John were. They truly earned every penny of their commission!

I can't say enough good things about the team of Annette and John Greco. We have had many moves, but we have never had a real estate professional (or team) that was so attentive. They greatly reduced anxiety, provided sound advise all along the process, and provided access to capable repair professionals when needed (and people who did quality work at a reasonable price). Give them a try if you're selling or buying. We would definitely use them again if requiring a property in the area.
