As my fiancé and I were looking to start the process of buying our first home, we were lucky to have been introduced to Annnette through a recommendation. Because of the market, we knew we needed someone who was knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable and had our best interest in mind. As a first time buyer, I went into the home buying process blind. Annette was very helpful, patient and understanding with me. She answered all my calls and text when I had questions. She taught me so much and what to look for when seeing a home. I would fall in love with every house but she continued to show me homes to make sure I wasn’t just picking any house. When I finally found my home, she shared the vision with me. Now, even after escrow we talk about all the updates I’m doing to my house. We built more than a realtor/ client relationship. I owe my house to Annette. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the house of my dreams. She was flexible with when she could get together with me and quick to text back about any questions I had or that I had paperwork pending my signature. She catered each showing to my specifications and she was strong with negotiating with the other party involved. Annette was always positive and gave great tips. I got 3 bids accepted and was really surprised that I got all 3. I owe it all to Annette.

I was a first time homebuyer who knew absolutely nothing about the process. Annette helped me understand it and she helped answered any questions I had with it. I was very picky with what I wanted but she found plenty of listings. She went out of her way to find me some houses I liked. Even went out of her way to get registered with other counties to find me what I was looking for. Whenever I had a question, no matter how late it was, she answered it. Overall, I had a great experience working with her, when I’m ready to by another home, she will be my first phone call. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. She will not disappoint.
