Working with Annette was the best and most efficient real estate experience I’ve ever had. After three months of attempting to secure a new place in the highly competitive Laguna Beach market, we decided to make the switch to work with Annette and within ten days of we were signing on the dotted line for our new home. She is professional, objectively communicates pros and cons, and is relentless in her pursuit of securing her clients the best deal possible.

Annette was always professional and was helpful in handling all the details and disclosures every step of the way. I think she would be a perfect realtor for any transaction representing the buyer or the seller.

So many agents seem to be too busy to provide that individual attention to their client but that is not the case with Annette. Every time we needed her to show us a property, or preview one on our behalf, she was always there and available. This was very helpful to us being out of state buyers. She also has a deep understanding of the unending masses of documentation and disclosures.
