Annesia Penright listened to my wants, desires and needs in a home. I luckily just ran across her at an open house. She worked closely and tirelessly with me going to homes and doing video calls, once she learned what I liked (I'm super OCD) She would be sure to show me exactly what i needed to see. We will be using her in the future to secure a home for my mother. We are from the east coast and are relocating here so there were lots of times that Annesia would review the home for me. Annesia also helped us with school districts as she was very knowledgeable in the world of special needs children. Once we found the home we were looking for she worked closely with the seller to be sure that everything was done correctly, including going back to the house multiple times to be sure the items on our repair list following the inspection were done to our liking. She even worked with the sellers agent and got us an allowance on some cosmetic work that was done that was just not up to my liking. I now feel as those Annesia and her family are part of our family! Yes we've met them through this process and can't wait to get to the Houston area fulltime!
