I ask Anne about details on the property and was very informative about the development and the area. I ended up making a offer on the property and after some negotiations we settled on the price and close on the property. I was pleased the way the sale went and the closing. I have purchased two more properties from Anne. If I am in the market to buy or sale in the area I will definitely use Anne again.
