In 2024 we decided to sell our home located in Waynesboro, TN. Having bought and sold many properties before we were aware this home would present some challenges to sell. Anne has a reputation in this particular area for moving houses so I reached out to her. I contacted her and she made her initial review the following day. She had the house on the market even before we could travel to her office to sign the paperwork Once the paperwork was signed she had two viable offers within the first three days. She worked with me and helped me to decide which one was serious and I depended on her knowledge of the industry to make the best deal. The offer we settled on was slightly above our listing price. There was a question about where to close and she worked with us to do it closer to our area. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house. I have never used her in the purchase of a home but I can tell her ethic are high so I would not be afraid of using her should I buy again. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate both verbally and electronically. You cannot go wrong with her.
