I found Anne on Yelp, who had solid reviews, so I elected her to represent me to find a vacation home/short term rental in Breckenridge. Being from Florida, I had limited knowledge of the local area, and what to expect. This was my 4th property I have purchased, and have dealt with various realtors in my past experience, and I am happy to say, Anne and her team went way above and beyond expectations. Whenever I have hired a realtor in the past, I have questioned conflict of interest for getting a sale (commission), and their ability to represent my interest. Anne is a breath of fresh air in regards to never creating any opportunity to question this concern. She absolutely puts the relationship of the client over the closing of a deal. Her and her team are terrific at creating expectations, communicating, organizing what is needed, and very helpful tips on her personal experience. I could not give a stronger recommendation.
