Anne has listed and sold two homes for us in the past 6 years. Our total time on the market was 4 days. In both sales she was always on top of everything making sure showings were set up, contracts quickly reviewed, inspections were done etc, etc. The first home was contracted over our asking price, the second one at 99% of the asking price. She is very easy to work with and really knows her markets and values.
