Anne was an amazing realtor! She took me to several homes to find exactly what I was looking for, then homed in and showed me houses that fit those qualities. I was able to find my dream house in great location. Her inspector had a great attention to detail that helped me negotiate for a better price and all of her connections to great local craftsmen (painters, electricians, ect) have helped me make my house a home.

To start out, we used a different Agent i knew because i was moving to the West side, that being said we located a new house through an open house, so in fact all this person did for was the paperwork... And when it came time to sell our house we they didn't seem to concerned, said it was on the website and people would call the... So i let them go, and reached out to Anne, our children went to school together, and i consider her a friend. She went out of her way to make sure our home was on top of all the listing, had numerour open houses (when premitted) due to COVID, and followed up with all our concerns. Couldn't of asked for more.
