We had a remarkable experience with Anne selling our home. Due to heavy snowfall and us being in Texas during the showings, Anne went above and beyond for us to ensure the driveway and area in front of the garage was safe for potential buyers. Once under contract, again Anne went above and beyond in helping with all the necessary well and septic inspections in getting it ready for the inspectors due to all the snow covering these things up. Anne is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to selling mountain homes. She does her due diligence on our behalf of course, but also to make sure things are right for the new buyers.
