I have a lot of personal experience in moving - from Alabama to Ballwin, Missouri to Northern Delaware, back to St. Louis, Missouri to Glen Falls, New York, back to Delaware and now Middletown. In addition, I have had years in the construction business and obtained access to the best mortgage companies, contractors, and anyone in the real estate business. I am a full-time licensed real estate agent in both Delaware and Maryland and have handled virtually every type of home. I live on the water and specialize in waterfront properties, which is supported by our Patterson-Schwartz offices in Chesapeake City and Rehoboth. My life-long knowledge of the housing industry is attributed to a very successful family construction business, coupled with both my commercial and leasing property management experience. Upon obtaining my doctorate in Education, I began a career as a college professor in Business to both graduates and undergraduates. I possess excellent client communication skills, an individualized approach to each client, modern and efficient marketing and technology techniques for complete transaction management. A skillful negotiator from my commercial real estate experience, I possess vast knowledge of the communities and housing in the area.
