So, I found Annes number on a neighbors Sold sign . She was prompt in returning my call. As soon as we hired her, within a week she had this woman take top grade photos of the house and a couple days later we went live. Ann scheduled a showing for a couple people . As the people left , my family and I returned home . We heard the doorbell ring and the buyer arrived and introduced himself . A couple hours later the offer was given by the family and we accepted . It was an emotional time for my family and I because our house was great .Anne was there during our emotional trip . Actual effort she had to do was minimal, but we put her through the emotional roller coaster . The escrow people were great too. The house sold itself and Ann made sure the process was easier.

My wife and I were successful in buying our retirement home, primarily due to our real estate agent, Anne Musgrove. Her personal attention to detail throughout the home buying process was unabridged. I genuinely cannot imagine a real estate agent that is more competent, patient, knowledgeable, insightful, and monetarily frugal than Ms. Musgrove. In the process of purchasing a home in an unfamiliar area, we requested that Anne review and show us more than a few square hundred miles worth of properties, we presented her with wildly polarized opinions of our priorities (my wife’s and mine), and then as our IoT system was failing, we made it infinitely more challenging for her especially near closing, as my wife and I oftentimes missed important phone calls, texts, and Email PDF document signings. She went way out of the box for us.I could expand in this review about how Ms. Musgrove’s professional experiences are extremely pertinent in this market, or give a number of directly solid examples of the hidden home buyers pitfalls she shared, but to me that would be a rhetorical expansion. The most amazing part of the home buying experience with Anne, was that she seemed to know what we were looking for quite a while before we did.
