In short, Anne is wonderful to work with. She helped guide us through an extremely challenging relationship with a prior broker who did not live up to their agreement. Once we decided to work with Anne, she quickly marketed our property and generate multiple offers in a very short period of time. She's an expert in the real estate market with tremendous personal skills. Throughout our process and being out of state sellers, Anne always kept us informed of showings, potential buyers as well as provided advice on any staging or improvements we could make to have the property "show well". I couldn't recommend Anne enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in the western suburbs.
