In the process of our home search in Alameda, we sought out Anne because we realized we needed a real estate agent local to the island. If I could give Anne 10 stars I would. I was selling a home that had been lived in by my parents for 70 years. I live in another state. Anne and her team were perfection during an emotional stressful time. Anne gave me her professional advice. Sometimes I was hesitant but because I trusted her I did exactly what she advised. She was always right. She was supportive, positive and encouraging when I got overwhelmed. She was available and in contact constantly. Anne helped us recently sell our first home. We live out of the area so her knowledge and responsiveness were very helpful. She coordinated with contractors to get house prepped and ready. We were pleased to receive 6 great offers however the first accepted offer backed out which was super stressful. Anne helped guide us through that ordeal and fortunately we accepted another offer a few days later. Anne had a real challenge marketing/selling our Oakland house with an obnoxious, recalcitrant tenant in the mix. Making the process more challenging was the fact that we moved out of the area so all communication/decision making had to be done remotely. When we met her and she offered “full--service” management of the sale, she was not kidding. We can not say enough good things about our experience with her and we highly recommend her.
