Let me start by saying... The phrase “Knowledge is Power”, definitely is a true factor when finding a real-estate agent. Anne Marie’s years of experience showed with just our first conversation about selling our house. Yes, every seller has unrealistic expectations as they think their house “is the best”; but, Anne Marie not only listened, but understood our wants and committed to doing everything she possibly could to make our experience amazing. If one could imagine, she was present for EVERY single showing (50 showings, yes 50!). She guided each and every potential buyer through our home and knew every detail like it was her own. Her passion and positive energy is what kept buyers in the house for long durations and kept them interested. From our first meeting with Anne Marie, she stated a price she thought would sell, and as a ”know-it all seller”, we went with our instinct rather than her expertise and we have to openly admit, we sold our house for the price she first mentioned. She knows the market, she knows the products, and she understands ”wants and needs”. She is caring, warm, and extremely hardworking. And that is why, she is the only agent we would ever work with!
